Processing Time:

• Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving payment.

• Please note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Methods and Rates:

• We offer standard, expedited, and priority shipping options at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

• Free standard shipping is available on orders over $40 (before tax) within the continental United States.

Delivery Times:

• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days.

• Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days.

• Priority Shipping: 1-2 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Shipping Restrictions:

• We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

• Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

Order Tracking:

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment.

Lost or Delayed Packages:

• If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us at pandlsteaks@gmail.com, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

• If your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance. Email us at pandlsteaks@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Please do not dispose of the item until after contacting us for further instruction.
