Smoked Bold Fajita Cheese Dip!Â
Creamy, smoky, cheesy, and packed with Bold Fajita flavor for a hearty snack everyone will love!
 Ingredients:
- 1 block (32 oz) Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
- 2–3 tbsp P&L Bold Fajita Seasoning
- ½ cup cream cheese
- 1 can Rotel (drained) or diced tomatoes with jalapeños
- 1 small diced onion
- 1 small diced bell pepper
- 1–2 minced jalapeños (optional, for heat)

1 lb cooked meat — choose either:
• Ground hamburger, cooked and crumbled
• Sausage (chorizo, andouille, or smoked), cooked and crumbled/sliced - ½ cup milk or beer (to thin if needed)
 Directions:
Preheat your smoker or grill to 225–250°F using hickory or pecan wood.
Cube the Velveeta and toss in a cast-iron skillet or foil pan with shredded pepper jack.
Add cream cheese, Bold Fajita Seasoning, vegetables, Rotel, and your cooked meat of choice.
Smoke for 45–60 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes until melted and creamy.
Adjust thickness with milk or beer if needed.
Serve hot with tortilla chips, nachos, fajita meat, or drizzle over tacos and quesadillas.
