Good BBQ isn’t complicated—it’s built in layers. This pork tenderloin starts with a bold base, adds a sweet heat kick, and finishes with a tangy vinegar sauce that brings everything together.

Grill it, bake it, or slow cook it—this one works any night of the week.

🛒 Ingredients

🔥 Build Your Flavor Layers

  1. Light coat of olive oil on the pork
  2. Season with Last Call AP (base layer)
  3. Add Sweet Sooie generously for that sweet heat
  4. Let rest 10–15 minutes

🔥 Grill Method (30–40 Minutes)

  1. Preheat grill to 375–400°F
  2. Cook tenderloin, turning every few minutes
  3. At 135–140°F, brush with Prime Swine
  4. Pull at 145°F internal
  5. Add butter and rest 5–10 minutes
  6. Slice and drizzle lightly with Prime Swine

🔥 Oven Method (Easy Weeknight Option)

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F
  2. Place seasoned tenderloin on a baking sheet or in a cast iron skillet
  3. Bake for 20–25 minutes (depending on size)
  4. At 135–140°F internal, brush with Prime Swine
  5. Return to oven until it reaches 145°F
  6. Optional: Broil 2–3 minutes to caramelize the outside
  7. Add butter, rest 5–10 minutes, slice and serve

👉 Tip: Use a rack or elevate slightly for better airflow and texture.

🐖 Crockpot Method (Set It & Forget It)

  1. Season with Last Call AP, then Sweet Sooie
  2. Add to crockpot with:
    • ¼ cup Prime Swine
    • 2 tbsp butter
  3. Cook LOW 6–7 hours or HIGH 3–4 hours
  4. Slice or shred and toss lightly with more Prime Swine

Optional: Broil 3–5 minutes for caramelized edges.
