Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with The Fajita Rub flavor perfect for game day!
Ingredients (Serves 4–6):
- 2 lbs chicken wings, tips removed and separated into flats and drumettes
- 3–4 tbsp P&L The Fajita Rub
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2–3 tbsp cornstarch (for extra crisp)
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- Optional garnish: lime wedges, chopped cilantro
🔥 Directions:
Prep the wings: Pat chicken wings dry to ensure maximum crispiness.
Season: Toss wings with The Fajita Rub and let sit 10–15 minutes to let the flavor sink in.
Coat: Mix flour + cornstarch, then lightly coat wings. Shake off excess.
Heat oil: Preheat oil in a deep skillet or fryer to 350°F (175°C).
Fry: Fry wings in batches for 8–10 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Cook until internal temperature reaches 190°F for perfectly tender, fall-off-the-bone wings.
Finish: Toss hot wings with an extra sprinkle of The Fajita Rub for a bold, savory punch.
Serve: Garnish with lime wedges or fresh cilantro. Serve with chips, dipping sauce, or enjoy straight from the skillet!
